One of the best comfort inn s I've ever stayed at. So clean. When the ladies are doing the morning rounds the whole hotel smells so nice. Sweet lady at the front desk makes cookies for the guests. Nice rooms, clean rugs.

I would stay here again. I stayed for business, for 8 nights. The staff was friendly. I had conversations with the GM a couple times, just because I was bored. She was great to talk to as well. The facility was clean, bed was comfortable, and the water pressure was great. I have absolutely no complaints. I would stay here again

We stayed one night in this hotel. It is located not too far from the Worcester airport. The location was good for us, and the price was decent. I knocked off one star because there was an acrid moldy smell as soon as we stepped off the elevator on the floor our room was on. That, and the bathroom in our hotel room smelled moldy. I could tell the housekeepers had done their best to clean the place well, and to be fair, this is a humid place. I just thought it could have been a little better in the cleanliness department. Other than that, it was a nice stay, and the Continental breakfast was very good.

Rented a hotel room for Christmas Eve with my girlfriend and chose Comfort Inn because we’ve stayed with them before at their cape location. The hotel room in Auburn was dated, the sheets to the bed were itchy. The mattresses were hard as a rock. There were cuts and scrapes along the walls and the tiles leading to the room were cracked. The elevator in the building would make cracking noises that made my girlfriend and myself nervous both times we had to use them. Needless to say we woke up getting very little rest, and still felt itchy after leaving the shower. The only positive experience was the friendliness of the woman who worked the service desk. We will never be staying at this hotel again, and urge travelers to choose another location.
